The Queen of England had long since been a dog lover since her teenage years. Her love for dogs started when her father King George VI brought home a welsh corgi named Dookie. The Queen during her lifetime has owned over 30 corgis in her lifetime. Queen Elizabeth II leaves behind four dogs. Two corgis named Muick and Sandy have been adopted by Duke and Duchess of York. The older ones named Candy and Lissy which are a dorgi and a cocker spaniel are yet to be taken in by any royals.
