Do you ever wonder why petroleum product rates are increasing day by day in India? If we analyse the taxes, both by the central government and state government, it is 53.51 rupees per litre and OMC Cost is 32.1 meter per mileage, also a dealer of total rupees 0.6. If the government is ready to cut off the taxes on petrol, the price is just 35.78 rupees per litre.

In 2014 the raw oil price in the barrel is $ 107 and the petrol price is 71.41. In 2021, $67.75 and the price of petrol is 92.83.We can see the difference between those years prices in raw oil and petrol.

The cooking gas price has risen sharply by over Rs 100 a cylinder in the month of February, with national oil marketing companies increasing the price of 14.2 kg of petroleum gas (LPG) in Kerala to around 820-830 Rs (ElPG).

If the situations go like this it affects all commodities. Where is our country heading to? What deos the future hold for us?
